WILDE & BARRY’S nu-soul, ‘Love Like This.’ Today’s song for lovers
SOUTH London singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer JESSICA WILDE celebrates Valentine’s Day by joining forces with JOSH BARRY and releasing the soulful, ‘Love Like This.’
“When we got in the studio, the song basically wrote itself, we wanted to capture that raw soulful essence in our husky tones, and a nostalgic feeling of those classic Marvin Gaye love songs, but with a 2024 flip,” said Wilde.
Packed with soaring emotions, infused with smoky orchestral arrangements, ‘Love Like This’ is a striking nu-soul gem which will be included on Wilde’s forthcoming album. For his part, Barry has recently featured with Rudimental and Sigma, collaborated with Nile Rogers, and opened for Rag ‘N’ Bone Man on tour.
