THE HIP PRIESTS: COMING TO A TOWN NEAR YOU

ON the back of May 2023’s ‘Roden House Blues’ album, THE HIP PRIESTS have announced a string of UK headline dates for September and October.

Continuing what has been another busy year – and hot on the heels of recent shows supporting Zeke – the band will be returning to towns they’ve previously appeared at on tours with Supersuckers and Dwarves, as well as hitting several new venues.

Following these shows the band will begin work on their next album, meaning this will be the last chance to catch them live in the UK for some time.

Since their inception in 2006, THE HIP PRIESTS have released thirty 7” singles, four albums, two compilations and three EPs by various independent labels.

Their fifth, and by far their best full-length album ‘Roden House Blues’ was written, rehearsed, and recorded during the height of the pandemic and rehearsed, recorded, and mixed between the numerous lockdowns in Roden House, one of Nottingham’s former lace factories.
